The brunette beauty cutely carried a fresh pup in her arms as she met up with her sisters for a photo shoot session - as the family is in the midst of intense promotions most important up to tomorrow night's season six premiere of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".

Meanwhile, while out for a family meal the last day, Kim was asked by TMZ if she was crazy about the cheating allegations put forth by New England Patriots player Bret Lockett, to which she replied, "It's actually embarrassing."

Also asked if she still speaks with Lockett, the 30-year-old quickly replied, "I haven't spoken with him a day in my life."
